]po[ Gantt Project

Integrates ]project-open[ with Gantt Project and OpenProj .
This modules provides functionality to generate data that can be read by the above mentioned 3rd party applications.

GanttProject files can also be imported to ]project-open[. This allows you to export a set of resources and tasks from ]project-open[ and open it with GanttProject and using its convenient features to further plan your project. Use drag&drop to add assign resources to tasks and manipulate tasks length with the same way. When you are done you can import the saved GanttProject file back to ]project-open[.

An import wizard makes sure that no undesired actions have been taken on the client side that would destroy data integrity on the server side.
Example: ]po[ checks if tasks had been deleted where hours already had been registered on.

We are currently working on an import for OpenProj files. OpenProj fiel format is known be compatible with Microsoft Project.
