Travel costs are caused by employees and freelancers when the travel on behalf of the company. The Travel Cost package provides an "employee self-service", allowing the users to enter their travel costs themselves, saving money to the administration/HR department.

The table above shows how travel costs can be classified both according to projects and according to cost centers.
