| The execution of translation projects involves a lot of file
transfers between the project members
These transfers are prone to errors because they involve manual processing. The translation workflow replaces email communication. It controls the Web-upload and downloads of every file, allowing the Project Member to track the state of every file, identifying errors and delays rapidly. Translation jobs are imported with wordcounts from Trados or another translation memory. The translation workflow is integrated with the freelance database, incident management, discussion forums, project cost tracking and invoicing.
